Magnetic. A Ski film shot entirely at Whistler Blackcomb. Pure Brilliance.
This is a hell of a short film.
The intro alone made us go “yes! that’s it! that. is. it!” it went like this:
“Whistler Blackcomb is a force that draws skiers, snowboarders, athletes and enthusiasts, from around the world. That force is something that keeps people coming back, and in some cases, living out their lives here”
Although that quote may be right for Whistler Blackcomb itself, we believe it fits right for shredding full stop. That whole sense of freedom, the fun, the excitement, and no matter how tired you are, when you stop, you want to go again! it’s fun, it’s exhilarating and it draws you in. The whole experience is why we are called, Mountain Vortex.
This short film is shot entirely at Whistler Blackcomb. It features some of the worlds top skiers and Snowboarders and it really shows. The way it’s captured and it’s quirky comments from the stars and the way they interact with the narrator is genius and keeps you watching.
